Uniforms donated!

Melissa Powell (BFNC Coach) has been able to source a community in need of netball uniforms.  Barambah Health Centre in Cherbourg near Murgon have taken the uniforms for distribution to those indigenous girls wishing to play netball.  We hope to continue with supporting them through clinics and coaching also.  We are so thrilled as a club to be able to pass on these uniforms for continued use.  Both second hand and new uniforms together with some bibs were able to be donated and delivered by Melissa personally.

Carnival Day - Fun

 A great time was had by all teams who attended the SCNA Club Carnival on the 22nd April - and the weather was beautiful!  The other carnivals our club likes to attend are at Pine Rivers, Caloundra and Nambour (usually around July/August) - more information will come as they get closer.  Photos from one of our younger teams (Fireants) have been added to the Gallery - if you have any good photos you can email them to mail@buderimfirebirds.com and we'll add them to the website.

Saturday 17 March - Good Sports Day

Well the March Past was just completed before the down pour of rain began.  We may not have won this year but we certainly did look fantastic in our new dresses and pom poms.  Watch out for next year!

1st GRADING ROUND and RAIN

SCNA have just advised they will make a decision Saturday morning at 7am wheter grading rounds will go ahead.  Fingers crossed the rain will go away!
